Great to see how much effort everyone put in
Tonight we saw the opening night for the first live performance of Eurovision 2023 at the Liverpool M&S Bank Arena.
There are shows across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and tonight, we saw a range of different vibrant outfits to mark the opening night from Eurovision fans. Some dressed in vibrant Union Jack attire, others dressed in their countries colours. Our ECHO reporters Emily Sleight and Paul McAuley visited the M&S Bank Arena with ECHO photographer Andy Teebay to spot the best outfits, and there was plenty to choose from. Thankfully, the rain stopped after a heavy downpour earlier on.
