Botany Bay... but not as we know it
Huge steel frames can now be seen on land around the historic Botany Bay as building work on a £26m commercial park progresses.
New drone images taken at the site have shown the work taking shape, with mill owner FI Real Estate Management developing the land through its construction arm, FI Construction. The project is the firm's biggest to date and construction work has started on the first steel units on Block E and Block D.The project is expected to be completed before the end of the year, with the first occupants due to open up in 2024.
Tim Knowles, founder, and Managing Director at FI Real Estate Management said: “We’re really excited by the way Botany Bay Business Park is taking shape. This is a significant milestone for us and we’re proud of the fact that the scheme will create over 100 jobs when it’s finished.
