Women of any age should get into the habit of regular breast checks.
“Breast changes of any kind should always be reviewed by a medical professional,” says Dr Chris George, GP and director at the“The most common symptom tends to be a breast lump, however, lesser-known changes that need checking include a lump in the armpit; change in the size, shape or feel of your breast; skin changes such as puckering, dimpling, a rash or redness; nipple discharge, a change in position of the nipple and breast pain.
