Palm trees and green shrubs now populate the once barren, dirt-filled border that surrounded the 1.8-acre lot. 'You could literally swim from Gisele's place to Tom's — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,' they added. The master bedroom's balcony showcased in the listing photos has been ripped apart and expanded to create a more spacious lookout.
Gisele started dating the football star in 2007 and was with him for more than a decade before they confirmed they were divorcing in October 2022.
