Emergency services are currently on scene dealing with a serious crash on Garstang Road, between Barton and Bilsborrow. The road is closed after Owd Nells going south which will cause delays on the A6. Police are asking anyone who normally uses this road to avoid they area. They say the road will be closed for the foreseeable.A spokesperson for the force said: "We are currently dealing with a serious road traffic collision on Garstang Road, Barton, Preston. The road is closed just after Owd Nells going south which will cause delays on the A6.
