Andrew Barr says Covid discovery is ACT's 'most serious public health risk this year'
Australian Capital Territory chief minister, Andrew Barr, has announced a seven-day lockdown after a person in Canberra was diagnosed with Covid-19 and infectious in the community. 'We also have positive wastewater detections around the ACT.
