Police have issued a picture of a man they are searching for in an active shooting situation after the first day of teaching at the University of North Carolina.
Tailei Qi, who has been named as a person of interest in the suspected shooting, previously studied at Wuhan University.
Authorities issued a warning for an 'armed and dangerous person' in the vicinity of the campus. Police say that the assailant is still at large and have issued a picture of a person of interest.
