Adil Ray believes Jeremy Clarkson should have known that his ‘words have consequences’ after he penned a shocking rant about Meghan Markle in his latest column.
During a discussion about the controversy on Good Morning Britain, presenter Adil, 48, said: ‘After everything we’ve discussed, this is a line that has been crossed.’
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry recently opened up about the hate and abuse they’ve received in their Netflix documentary Adil added: ‘Our words have consequences. We sometimes spark debate but we know our words have consequences.In his shocking column, Clarkson referenced the likes of Nicola Sturgeon, the First Minister of Scotland, and serial killer Rose West, claiming his hatred for Meghan leaves him ‘unable to sleep’.The Clarkson’s Farm host said that he felt ‘sorry’ for Prince Harry, who he dubbed a ‘glove puppet’, claiming that the Prince is ‘controlled by his wife’.
