These popular products have been pulled from shelves
both with the best before date of 25/09/2023.And the regions that are affected are: Darlington, Swindon and Atherstone.Aldi has said the 2 meat products are being recalled as a precautionary measure, and that an ‘Emergency Withdrawal and Public Product Recall has taken place as the product may contain milk and this is not stated on the packaging.’
‘Sometimes foods have to be withdrawn or recalled if there is a risk to consumers because the allergy labelling is missing or incorrect or if there is any other food allergy risk,’ says the FSA.What should I do if I’ve bought these products? Customers should not eat the products, and should return them to the store where they purchased them for a full refund.
The FSA said: ‘If you have bought the above products and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents, do not eat them. Instead return them to the store from where they were purchased for a full refund.’
