Aldi's 'Garden Shop' discounts are for a limited time only
Aldi shoppers are lining up to snap up a range of outdoor furniture with the budget retailer using the store's 40% off discount code. Several items on the store's website are already displaying the tag 'selling quickly! 100+ sold in the last 24 hours'.
One of the items listed as being eligible for the discount is a 6-piece patio furniture set. Usually sold at £149.00 it comes down to less than £100 including the 'extra large item delivery' fee of £9.95. The total bill for the set is £99.94. The 'online exclusive' patio set includes four Texteline chairs, a dining table and clear glass top, plus a parasol.
Those less happy with the product also gave their view. One said they were "disappointed", while a two-star reviewer said: "Only used once on first night, everyday come home from work and temp has dropped.". Another one star reviewer complained: "Broke on first day". Aldi responded to the review saying: "This certainly isn't what we like to hear. The product has a 3-year warranty, please contact the after sales support helpline".
