'Hey, Alexa - why aren't you working?'
Amazon Alexa smart home device users have been reporting problems on Friday morning.
There have been reports of devices not showing up in the Alexa app, with users unable to diagnose what's wrong,Amazon has been approached for a comment.Service monitoring site DownDetector saw 8,000 people complaining about a loss of Alexa services within a few minutes.
