One Amazon customer who ordered a laptop was left 'baffled' after he opened the box only to receive cereal.
"I've been quite distressed over it," Adam said. "I don't know how it's happened. I was very baffled. An Amazon spokesperson told the M.E.N.: "This has been resolved. We’ve contacted the customer directly, apologised and refunded in full."
