The Russell Hobbs 12" lightweight fan, though, is said to be powerful but quiet. It has an average rating of 4.4 out of a possible five stars on Amazon.The product is billed as offering: "Effective cooling with a portable design" as well as three speed settings to "ensure you stay comfortably cool". Writing a five-star review, one happy customer said: "Putting the fan together was a really simple easy job, no screws needed which was great. The fan is not too heavy and the fan is super quiet"
