The Australian has always been super complimentary about his time in Glasgow.
Ange Postecoglou has revealed he left Celtic for Spurs at the end of last season because he’d won everything at Parkhead and wanted to bring similar joy to a club that has won nothing for years.
Postecoglou has immediately got the Spurs fans believing that the glory days are back. They are currently unbeaten in the Premier League, topping the table on goal difference from Arsenal and two points clear of champions Manchester City. He said: “Going into Celtic wasn’t easy – knowing their history and knowing Rangers had just won the league. Celtic didn’t win anything that year, not even a cup. You know you’re going to have to turn things around quickly but I never felt pressure from the people at the club.
