The former Celtic boss was in the dugout for the first time at his new home for a competitive match and two second half goals got him off to a flying start and sent 60,000 supporters home delighted.
Ange Postecoglou has hailed the 'incredible' atmosphere on his Tottenham home debut after victory over Manchester United.
Postecoglou says the energy created in the ground by the supporters helped spur his side on after a nervy first 45 minutes. But in the second period after the management settled down the team they came out a different side and were as he describes 'brilliant'. Speaking after the 2-0 win, the ex-Hoops gaffer said: "The atmosphere was incredible. Our supporters were outstanding. The energy they created in the stadium right from the first whistle was brilliant and it helped us.
"You want to feel that moment because I have always said, to me I love what football does to people, particularly in those moments.
