Jess Gazey's brother was left with a broken nose following the incident
An angry dad launched an attack resulting in a broken nose over the way his neighbour drove around the estate where they lived.
However, when Mr Gurjee appeared "nonchalant", Gazey lost his temper and pushed him back into the doorway of his home. Mr Gurjee's brother Daniel stepped in to help remove Gazey from the house, but was punched in the face during the struggle.As the row spilled onto the front of the property, Gazey's wife tried to intervene but was also caught in the row. Another man stepped in and pulled Gazey away from the Gurjee brothers.
The court heard he is a hard working family man who acted out of character when he lost his temper with his neighbour. Since the attack he has taken steps to learn ways to control his anger and is determined to show respect in his community.
