The defendant will be required to appear in person

Anne Sacoolas, the US citizen accused of killing teen Harry Dunn by dangerous driving outside a Northamptonshire airbase in 2019, will stand trial at the Old Bailey next month. Sacoolas, 45, appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court this afternoon, Thursday, September 29.

On Monday, September 26, the Crown Prosecution Service announced that a hearing had been scheduled at Westminster Magistrates’ Court for today, Thursday, September 29. “I’m going to grant you unconditional bail in this case – that means there are no restrictions from the court on you.”
