Some people opt to take up running as it's something you can begin at any fitness level, and you don't need to be taught by a professional. However, with the cold weather set to stay for the foreseeable, many people may not want to run outdoors just yet.
A number of Argos shoppers are raving about a treadmill, and it's just had its price slashed by £220.The Reebok One GT40S Treadmill has hundreds of five-star reviews from impressed customers. One shopper said: "I bought this treadmill in January 2022 and have used it a lot since. I still haven't explored all its potential! You can use it manually to run as much as you want or by one of 36 programmes.
Another said: "Excellent piece of equipment to assemble, then use. Multiple programmes, very sturdy and enjoyable to use in comfort of your own home/home gym. Well worth purchasing", while a third said: "We recently bought this treadmill to replace one that had broken from another company and it's so much better! The treadmill is a good width to run on with the great incline feature. The speaker is great quality to plug my iPod into to listen to music and run.
The Reebok One GT40S Treadmill has been reduced by £220, from £699 to £479. While this is still quite a pricey purchase, it's a great saving, and works out around the same price as a year's gym membership in some establishments.
