Two men allegedly claimed to be armed with knives during what Herts Police described as a “disturbance” at 9.18pm outside Chico’s Parmi ‘N’ Shakes in Whippendell Road, Watford.today : “It was reported that a number of men had approached a man outside of Chico’s Parmi ‘N’ Shakes, alleging that they were in possession of weapons.

“Armed response officers were deployed to the area and identified two suspects, who were arrested at the scene. They remain in police custody at this time.”
