Meanwhile, the government is trying to push the line that the Labor party is going to try and “outlaw coal”. That was something that Barnaby Joyce was really trying out yesterday during question time. At the moment though, both the major parties have the same goal, and Labor hasn’t set a 2030 target, or released its climate policy, which is something the government is also attacking it over.
