A popular Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in Bearsden has pulled the plug after six successful years of running.
On Tuesday, they informed customers that they would no longer be opening following financial difficulties. Admitting they have done everything they could to stay afloat, business owners Martin and Sharlene have called it a day. "We have given it everything we possibly could, however it is no longer enough. Our health, and the well-being of our family, can no longer be sustained under these pressures.
One wrote: "Absolutely gutted to hear this, so sorry, it's a very tough decision to make, but you have to do what's best for your family. Thank you for all you have given us over the past six years, it's always been a very special experience - from a warm welcome to friendly helpful staff to exceptional food.
