For the Showstopper, the bakers had to create a visually spectacular moose-based dessert with a hidden surprise of their choice inside, with threeThere were some ingenious designs – Janusz' rainbow cupcake within a cake, Abdul's space cake , Sandro's Planet Earth bake, to name a few – but some of them were too ambitious for the time they had.
Dawn's surprise toadstool completely lost its shape in the oven, Abdul, Carole and Maxy's flavours were too gelatinous, while Syabira's bee design lost its shape a bit.In the end, Sandro beat off Janusz to become Star Baker, while Syabira and Dawn narrowly avoided getting sent home. "Very proud of myself.
