Many pubgoers think they're beating the system when they ask for no ice in their alcoholic drinks. One bartender explained how a customer asked for 'no ice' and then expected to be given more alcohol.
When he is served, the customer can be heard repeating 'no ice', to which Jemima says: "There's no ice in that. Do you want a double tequila cranberry?" She told him: "Just because you say 'no ice' doesn't mean you're going to get more alcohol. Double means you're going to get more alcohol."Despite keeping her cool throughout the conversation, she has been accused of being "rude" to the customer.
