The Sun newspaper says an unnamed BBC presenter paid tens of thousands of pounds to the teenager.
A BBC presenter has been accused of paying a teenager for sexually explicit photographs, beginning when they were 17, according to The Sun.
It is understood that the BBC is looking into the allegations, and that the star is currently not scheduled to be on air in the coming days.They are now aged 20. The corporation said the information would be "acted upon appropriately".
