TV: BBC Strictly Come Dancing 2023 reveals fourth star taking part and it's another famous newsreader
On Friday, the first three stars on this year’s series of the hit BBC ballroom contest were revealed to be actress Amanda Abbington, newsreader Angela Rippon and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie actor Layton Williams.
Krishnan, who joined Channel 4 News in 1998, is the second longest-serving presenter on the news programme after Jon Snow. He has been nominated for News Presenter of the Year award at the The Royal Television Society Journalism Awards in 2010 and 2014. "I have an 18-year-old daughter who thought it was a brilliant idea and I have a 16-year-old son, who I am really sorry, I have to apologise to, was just appalled."
