Plumbing and Heating company wants to take over a piece of public land in the city centre
Belfast Council has aired “concerns” over a private company’s request to take over public land in the city centre.

There are no current planning applications or any relevant, related planning history on the land proposed for abandonment.
“However, the council owns adjacent land in the area, identified as part of the council’s strategic site assessment programme, and it should be noted that there are emerging council proposals for its land that may impact on this subject land. No additional concerns have been raised by other services within the council.”
