Go Hard or Go Home is a new adrenalin-fuelled challenge reality series where eight people who feel lost in life pair up with eight fitness pros to compete in epic challenges designed to push their minds and bodies to the absolute limit.
Hosted by Jordan North, a description of the show reads: "Prepare to be on the edge of your seat to see the brave Trainees pushed physically as they take on brutal challenges, create relationships which are tested to their limits and undergo incredible transformations – are you ready to Go Hard or Go Home?"
