Cumberbatch looks, uh, unrecognisable?
Vincent tries to find his son but his volatile behaviour and substance abuse only makes things worse, leading to him becoming alienated from his family and friends.
However, Vincent becomes convinced that the key to finding Edgar lies in his son's drawings of a blue monster puppet named Eric. Vincent believes that if he can get Eric on TV, it could lead to finding Edgar. However, the puppet soon becomes his own ally as Vincent continues to alienate himself. This explains the startling photos of Cumberbatch in the puppet suit.
