The proposals are being brought forward by Legacie Developments and would comprise of four towers
More than 650 flats could be built on the edge of Liverpool City Centre in a new £200m residential scheme.
The development would be situated at the north end of Liverpool city centre not far from the established business district. A number of other residential developments have been planned within the city centre perimeter and Vauxhall Road area in recent years, but some have stalled.According to Legacie, the development, titled 'The Gateway', will feature a garden spa, “infrared sauna, swimming pool, ice bath, oxygen chamber, and experience showers.
According to the developers, an immediate start can be made on works with Legacie discharging planning conditions from a previous application for the same site.
