Biden lays flowers at Beau's grave on sixth anniversary of his death before giving Memorial Day speech
President Joe Biden delivered remarks at the Veterans Memorial Park near the Delaware Memorial Bridge on Sunday to commemorate Memorial Day. 'This is a hard day for us,' Biden said to an audience of veterans and families of fallen military members on the sixth anniversary of his son Beau's death. 'Beau didn't die in the line of duty, but he was serving a Delaware National Guard unit in Iraq,' he said.
