Joe Biden on Monday said the Afghan army had failed to defend their country. Biden's comments were echoed by Lloyd Austin, the Secretary of Defense. Biden also said that he had 'inherited' the plan from Donald Trump. Trump blamed Biden for the chaos, and said he would have been smoother.
