As well as that, Yusuf spends his weekends at artisan markets throughout the North West getting Dipz name out to the public. In the past few months he's stood under his gazebo in Warrington, Cheshire, Darwen, Lancaster and Southport.
Yusuf added: "Its been tough to be honest because we opened last year straight into the summer, but then come October and November, we still had Covid and lockdowns, even the beginning of this year, the first few months there were times where we were making nothing. You think its better to close a shop than keep it open."
Yusuf said that what makes it worse is the fact both takeaways and restaurants have said they've been affected too. "If they've been affected, I have no chance," he adds.
