A man has been ordered to pay £1,620 after slashing a speed camera van's tyre.
Charles Richards, of Nantyglo in Brynmawr, Blaenau Gwent, was found guilty of causing criminal damage to a police vehicle atRichards pulled in front of a GoSafe van - which monitors speed, mobile phone and seat belt driving offences - and came to a stop on a dual carriageway. Footage from the van's CCTV shows he exited his car after he pulled in on the A4106 near Porthcawl at around 4.45pm on Sunday, 9 April.
