BREAKING UPDATE: Police say they have recovered the body of a teenager after a boat crashed off the coast of Cape Cod late Friday.
Published July 21, 2023A 17-year-old girl's body was recovered from the water in a search-and-rescue operation after a boat crashed into a jetty off the coast of Cape Cod late Friday, police say.
Her body was recovered from the water by the United States Coast Guard at around 11:30 p.m. Massachusetts State Police say the crash happened off Cold Storage Beach in Dennis. The crash happened around 9 p.m. and there were six people on the boat, including the girl who suffered fatal injuries.Get New England news, weather forecasts and entertainment stories to your inbox.
