Anne Green, 61, was reported as missing from the Chryston area and was last seen in Glasgow city centre on Tuesday morning.
Anne Green was reported as missing from the Chryston area and was last seen in Glasgow city centre on the morning of Tuesday, March 5. Sadly, police confirmed on Friday that a body was discovered in Edinburgh during searches for the 61-year-old.
The body is yet to be formally identified but Anne's family have been informed. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
