Emergency services were called to the scene in Port Seton, East Lothian, at around 6.50am on Tuesday, July 18.
Officers from Police Scotland are currently treating the death as “unexplained” after the grim discovery was made in Port Seton.An investigation to establish the circumstances remains ongoing, Police Scotland has confirmed.
A statement from the force said: “We were called around 6.50am on Tuesday to a report of a body in the water at the harbour, Port Seton. “Emergency services attended and the body was recovered.
