Very sad news this morning - thinking of his family and friends at this time
22-year-old Odhrán O'Neill was last seen kayaking in Khao Sok National Park in Bangkok at 1pm on Saturday, December 17.
His sister Michaela took to social media to launch an appeal for information on her brother describing him as "tall, dark hair and covered in tattoos".It is reported that the kayak "capsized" and that Odhrán said he would "swim to shore" but was not seen again. His sister Michaela said: "My brother Odhran O'Neill is missing in Khao Sok National Park. He was last seen kayaking in the lake when his kayak tipped over. He is alone with no phone or wallet."They said: "Unfortunately, it is not the outcome we had all hoped and prayed for. Odhrán’s body has been found this morning."Our thoughts and prayers are with the O’Neill, O’Dowd and McVeigh families at this very difficult time.
