The high street retailer has assured there won't be any redundancies, with the staff instead being moved to different shops.
Boots has announced it's planning on closing hundreds of stores in the UK, with some set to shut their doors over the coming weeks.
Despite this move, Boots has said there will be no redundancies, and workers will instead be moved to different shops. Speaking earlier this year, a Boots spokeswoman said: “Evolving the store estate in this way allows Boots to concentrate its team members where they are needed and focus investment more acutely in individual stores with the ambition of consistently delivering an excellent and reliable service in a fresh and up-to-date environment.
