A 13-year-old boy was stabbed at a busy shopping centre during the Boxing Day sales.
The youngster was treated at the scene as horrified shoppers looked on before being taken to hospital where his condition is unclear.No arrests have yet been made.
A spokesperson for the West Midlands Ambulance Service said: ‘We were called to reports of a teenage boy being stabbed at the Potteries Centre at around 3pm on Boxing Day. ‘An ambulance and two paramedic officers were sent to the scene. They were assisted by an off-duty doctor.Staffordshire Police are continuing to investigate the stabbing.
