Boy reported to police by his nursery school over toy smartwatch
A FOUR-year-old boy was reported to police by his nursery school over fears his toy watch could be used to film other kids.Little Ethan Seaman, 4, wore his new VTech Kidizoom smart-watch in class to show it to his palsBut his parents were left stunned when his nursery school called the police and confiscated the £40 deviceBut the youngster was left confused and upset when nursery head Kim Hall confiscated the £40 device — because it can take pictures and record video.
Ethan’s parents said she called police, claiming that the device could record material for paedophiles.'The head said someone could implant a camera device with a child into a nursery situation. But she did not even check the watch.
