For young Oliver Robertson, eating the wrong foods or not taking his supplements could, over time, leave him brain damaged. The 11-year-old was born with Phenylketonuria - a rare and potentially serious inherited disorder.

So the family were delighted when they recently went to watch Blackburn Rovers, which their bakery sponsors, and also had a three-course meal as the club accommodated Oliver's dietary requirements. Gina said: "I contacted the head chef of Rovers on LinkedIn to ask if we could bring our own food for him.
