One of the Government’s flagship post-Brexit freeports has been accused of poisoning the River Trent with de-icer CapurrodDaniel reports:

Geoff Hardy, of Fish Legal, claimed that the EA had failed to conduct those visual inspections. The EA insisted that it does carry out ad-hoc inspections during the winter discharge period.
