Police have confirmed British teenager Woramet Ben Taota found dead in a forest in Thailand was bludgeoned by a sex offender during an alleged drug deal. His body was found in a grove in his hometown on May 7 with serious head wounds and cuts to his face.

Officers investigating his death have said a man with connections to the local drug trade has admitted killing the dual national, known to friends as Ben, The Telegraph reports.
