A refurbished children’s play area has reopened after a £45,000 makeover which includes a new zip-line.
It is the latest children’s play area to be renovated by Burnley Council with two more such makeovers in the pipeline. The work was part-funded by the government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the balance being met by the local authority.
