Engineers were called around 11am on Monday .Access to Haighton Manor and surrounding properties is possible from the Grimsargh side – it’s only coming from Fulwood which is closed.spokesperson said: “Our teams are dealing with a burst water main on Durton Lane, Preston.
“Unfortunately, this means that there will be some disruption to traffic in the area whilst we carry out the repair.
