Sean Patrick Taggart's sister has launched a fundraiser to help give her much-loved brother the 'send off he deserves'.
A man has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a car after getting off a bus in the Blairdardie area.
The man was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with a serious head injury where his condition is described as stable. The road was closed for five hours while investigations into the incident were carried out. It reopened around 10.20pm. Police are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
