Man gets two years in prison for torturing Chihuahua puppy by breaking its skull and slitting its throat
California man Angel Ramos-Corrales, 19, was sentenced to two years in prison on Monday for torturing and abusing his puppy in February. Ramos-Corrales recorded the footage of him abusing his four-month-old Chihuahua puppy Canelo at his apartment in Riverside.
