'Call 999' plea issued in search for missing Burnley man Andrew Beach
An appeal has been launched to find a missing Burnley man was believed to have been riding a bicycle when last sen.
Officers say they are very concerned for the welfare of Andrew Beach who was last seen on Thursday morning. The 26-year-old has recently moved to Burnley and it is believed he could be in Padiham. He also has links to Newcastle-under-Lyme, police said.The force has also released an image of a bicycle similar to that which he was last seen riding. The last siting was on Cog Lane at around 11.45am and police are asking the public to call 999 if they see him again.
A spokesperson said: "Andrew was last seen on Cog Lane Burnley at 11.45am on 6th July 2023. When he was last seen, he was wearing black trainers with white soles, we are unsure of his clothing he was wearing. He is described as 5ft11 inches tall of slim build with ginger hair facial stubble and a scar on his chin.
"Andrew is new to the Burnley area but may be in the Padiham area of Burnley but also has links to Newcastle-under-Lyme. We believe Andrew was riding a pedal cycle similar to the attached image.
