A lovely little spot
Picture this: it's a clear and calm evening and you're settling in your hot tub during a well-earned short break at a glamping site on the Fylde coast. You glance across at your accommodation - a Royal Navy Lynx MK8 helicopter.
Guests can enjoy a night in the converted two-person helicopter cabin, which comes with its own private hot tub. It also boasts features including wifi, double bed, coffee machine, fridge, barbecue, heating, firepit and electricity.If a night in a chopper isn't your thing, then this quirky campsite also has a vintage fire engine, American Airstream cabin and classic Volkswagon campervan available to book.
The site is a 15-minute drive from Blackpool town centre and also has an onsite pizzeria, cafe and every permanent unit comes with a hot tub. It is worth noting bedding is not provided and guests will need to use shared bathroom facilities, which pervious campers have described as "spotless"
