Cancer-faker mother who conned well-wishers out of £16,000 in GoFundMe appeal is spared jail
Megan Scotcher, from Ripley, Derbyshire, admitted fraud by false representation. Mother accepted £16,000 in donations between June and December last year. She was given a 10-month suspended sentence and ordered to pay back £1.
